Buying Online

Due to Rebecca’s jewellery being handmade, slight variations may occur between pieces.  Every effort has been made to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product.  Gemstones may vary slightly in colour and size, particularly the iridescent play of colours in rainbow moonstone and labradorite may differ between pieces. Please refer to the individual product description for more information.

Ordering the correct size

When ordering rings or bangles, please ensure that you have ordered the correct size. Items can be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge.  If you are unsure of sizing, please get in touch for advice.

Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive in its own Rebecca Lewis jewellery box.   

Delivery

As many items are made to order delivery times will vary. Each item specifies its estimated delivery time. However, please contact Rebecca if you need a piece for a special date and she will do her very best to help!

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery and require a signature.

Returns

If you are not happy with your jewellery please contact Rebecca within 14 days of delivery.  Please state the reason for return and whether you wish to exchange or have a refund. Rebecca will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify Rebecca within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of authorized returns, preferably via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, ensuring the item is fully insured.  Returns are at the customer’s own expense unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Rebecca can not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit.

Items must be in their original packaging, unworn and showing no signs of damage.
